When I hired a Life Coach in November, 2000, I didn't realize the profound difference this would make in my life. I'd been laid off from a job I dearly loved as Program Director for a non-profit which ran out of funding for my position. I decided to hire a Life Coach because I felt stuck and uncertain of what to do next.
Within nine months my coach moved me skillfully through a major transition to launch my business. As a result of the powerful guidance I received, I've dedicated my practice to helping other women move through significant life transitions with the same ease I experienced. I've also chosen self-care and positivity as the foundation of my coaching work. These self-leadership practices allow my clients to gain exceptional clarity, reconnect with their wisdom and live from their true essence.
I attained my professional certification from CTI (Coaches Training Institute), an internationally accredited Behavioral Sciences program in May, 2003.
Since 2001 I have assisted hundreds of professional mid-life women (along with some fearless men). My clients become clear, take charge of their lives, and create astounding results through powerful individual and group coaching programs. I'm currently writing a book entitled, Freeing Your Wise Woman Within, based on my experiences.
When I'm not working, I enjoy volunteering for Shakti Rising (a 501 (c) non-profit) http://www.shaktirising.org with their onsite community education program for women, Transformation 101.

Passionate about nature, I'm outdoors a lot either hiking, biking, or swimming. I even married my husband, Jim, on the peak of Mount Whitney (14,495 feet) in my wedding gown.
