My passion is helping others find joy, meaning and fulfillment. Most of my clients long to have their work fit who they are, what they love and how they want to live. Some are free agents...solopreneurs, writers, artists, new coaches...who want to grow their businesses without sacrificing their lives. Others are career seekers on a quest to find their true calling.
Though I work with adults of all ages, many of my clients are at midlife, eager to design and live a great second half. Other individuals want to find or develop an enduring relationship; as a former marriage and family therapist and long happily married myself, I have a tool chest of techniques and perspectives to help facilitate that end.
Whether the goal is personal or professional, my approach emphasizes navigating and fueling the journey to success through passion, intuition, curiosity and creativity. Using joy as both compass and goal, fulfillment is not only in "the arriving" but in the journey itself.
My style is warm, caring and enthusiastic. More than once called a muse, I am a serial idea-person, a brainstormer of possibilities; I can be both practical and spiritual, an idealist yet a pragmatist. In the end, my goal is to help clients implement a dynamic plan of action aligned with their true desires.
