Kathy was one of the first coaches in San Diego, launching On Track Success Coaching in March, 1996. She has coached hundreds of clients and many thousands of hours.
She is a former Corporate VP of Sales and Business Development Specialist, a past San Diego County Sales Manager, past President of BNI, and past officer of SD Coaching Alliance. Twice in her career she has gone from 0 to six figures in income. As a small business owner, she has kept one foot in the business world and one firmly in the spiritual as a Master Practitioner with Seaside Center of Spiritual Living in Encinitas. She has been called the Coaches Coach and awarded a trophy from her clients for Coaching with a Big Heart!
